1- Sony A99II Coming Soon: 42MP, 499 AF Points, 4K Video:

It has been a long wait for Sony A-mount fans to get the new Sony A99II DSLR camera. Fortunately, their waiting will end very soon.
According to the rumor coming out of SonyAlphaRumors, Sony will announce the new A-mount Sony A99II (a99 successor) DSLR camera very soon, and this Sony A99II will have a 42MP sensor, 499 AF points, 4K video recording and more great features:

  • Dual card slot

It is just a rumor, none is confirmed anyway so it’s best to take reports with a pinch of salt.


2- Canon EOS 5D Mark IV to Have a 30MP Sensor?

It is confirmed that the upcoming Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera will be announced on August 25, 2016. And a new EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II kit lens will come along with the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV as a kit lens. The previous rumors said the Canon 5D Mark IV will have a 28MP Full Frame Sensor, DIGIC 7 image processor, 4K video, 9fps, ISO 100-51200 (extended to 204800) and more great improvements.
But according to a new report coming out of CanonRumors, the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV will feature a 30MP full frame sensor, and this info is come from a “retail source”. We know that the most popular megapixel counts should be 24MP or 28MP, and this is the first time we have heard of such a resolution. So, this is just a rumor, NOT confirmed by trusted sources, so take it with a grain of salt.

3- New Nikon “High-end” Mirrorless Camera Coming?

Nikon recently registered a new camera with the code “N1546” in China. It is highly likely that Nikon will announce this new camera in the coming weeks. And this new camera is expected to be the new “High-end” mirrorless camera.
We know that Nikon is working on a new “High-end” mirrorless camera, and this new mirrorless camera will have a big sensor. The announcement date will be around Photokina 2016 in September.
There are other rumors saying that Nikon will announce a new full frame mirrorless camera in 2016, which will be very small, about the same size as the Olympus E-M1. And Nikon has already patented several full frame mirrorless lenses in the past years.
